He acted in a  very professional yet very friendly and caring manner. He helped with my luggage (including a bike box) and everything else. Nick also ensured that I got in and out of the car safely. He even offered drinks (water) and snacks. He even arranged the seat belts so they did not impact my wounds An incredibly nice person and we chatted all the way home.
